The Diploma offers a challenging programme of learning and will enable a learner to develop strong intellectual and personal skills, preparing for an easier transition from school or college to higher education or employment.
Progression Pathways
The DDP have produced an extensive list of progression illustrations highlighting career pathways for each level of the Diploma. The illustrations of fictional Diploma students provide an insight into the varied types of career available to Diploma students, as well as the route in which they achieved their employment in the sector. Each illustration includes an overview of the student's pathway, Diploma details, description of the additional / specialist learning undertaken, a project title and the work experience gained through their route into eventual employment.
